Whenever Apple announces the release date of an OS, it never mentions the exact time the update will go live. But based on the company’s track record, new OS builds typically drop around 10 a.m. Pacific/1 p.m. Eastern. So, expect macOS Sonoma to release at about the same time Tuesday.
