With its Worldwide Developers Conference coming up, Apple revealed the finalists Tuesday for this year’s Apple Design Awards.

The Apple Design Awards, to be bestowed at WWDC22 next week, showcase apps with outstanding design, innovation, ingenuity and technical achievement, the company said.

Apple noted its nominees in the Apple Design Awards for app developers sit in half a dozen categories: Inclusivity, Delight and Fun, Interaction, Social Impact, Visuals and Graphics, and Innovation.

Apple said it plans to announce the 2022 Apple Design Awards winners at 5 p.m. PDT on June 6. That’s mere hours after the keynote event, which takes place at 10 a.m. PDT that day.

You can view the streamed awards show in the Apple Developer app and on the Apple Developer website. Winners will receive a physical award and hardware that could help them keep making great apps.
