M1 chip makes the MacBook Pro a portable powerhouse

The M1 MacBook Pro was among the first Macs from Apple to transition over to its in-house Apple silicon in 2020. Despite looking the same as the Intel-based MacBook it replaced, the 2020 MacBook Pro is a far superior machine thanks to the M1 chip. The amazing efficiency of the chip also ensures the portable Mac can last for up to 20 hours on a single charge.

The MacBook Pro also packs a 13.3-inch Retina Display, a super-fast SSD storage, and a more reliable Magic Keyboard that’s paired with the infamous Touch Bar.

If you want a Mac for web browsing, emails, light editing, and office work, you cannot go wrong with the M1 MacBook Pro.

Get up to $249 off on the M1 MacBook Pro

Amazon has discounts on the 256GB and 512GB models of the M1 MacBook Pro with 8GB RAM. The base model sees a discount of $199, while the 512GB variant sees an even bigger $249 off. Do note that the discount is only available on the silver color — there’s no offer on the space gray shade.

These are among the biggest discounts we have seen on the M1 MacBook Pro. The machine was already an ideal choice for anyone looking to enter into Apple’s ecosystem, and the discounted price further sweetens the deal.
