Apple TV users can get a free month of Paramount+, the streaming service formerly known as CBS All Access, Apple said Monday in a tweet.

The trial offer, running now through June 30, is available to new Paramount+ subscribers in the United States when they sign up through the Apple TV app. As not all free trial offers on Apple TV last a full month, this is a good one. Here’s how to jump on it and watch Paramount+ originals like Star Trek: Picard and Jordan Peele’s reboot of The Twilight Zone. The streaming service also offers movies from the Mission: Impossible and Star Trek franchises.

Paramount+ is available directly through the Apple TV app. Or, viewers can purchase a subscription through the Paramount+ app.

It’s a piece of cake to get it via the Apple TV app, of course. See below.

How to get Paramount+ free for a month

  1. On your Apple TV, compatible smart TV, iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, open the Apple TV app.
  2. Browse for or search for the Paramount+ channel and tap the icon.
  3. Press the Try it Free or Subscribe button.
  4. If required, sign in with your Apple ID.
  5. Confirm billing information.
  6. You’re done. Watch TV!

The rebranding and relaunch

CBS All Access rebranded and relaunched as Paramount+ earlier this year as an expansion to the ViacomCBS streaming service.  As many as 30,000 TV episodes from Comedy Central, BET, MTV and other sources, plus loads of movies and original programming entered the mix to help ViacomCBS compete against the likes of NBC, HBO and Disney+.

Normally, Paramount+ subscriptions run $4.99 per month with ads or $9.99 without. That pricing resumes after the one-month free trial period.
