Tactical, turn-based role-playing game Fire Emblem Heroes has been a massive hit for Nintendo on iOS. And now we know what’s it’s got in store next.

In a YouTube video update, Nintendo shared some of the big new features for the game. These include a new Arena mode, a Pair Up mechanic, and much, more.

The Pair Up feature debuted in Fire Emblem Awakening for the Nintendo 3DS. It can be used by Legendary Heroes, and gives your character a stat boost and ability to swap out units before or after their action is taken. It basically lets you bring five units instead of four to a battle — although its limited only to the main story, prologues, training tower and Allegiance Battles.

Oh, did we say Allegiance Battles? That’s right: the new feature works with Pair Up. It lets you deploy the rightmost unit on your team while you’re paired up with a buddy’s Hero. The mode is scored like Arena, and will debut on April 27.

There’s also Aether Resort, which lets you interact with friends in your Aether Keep. You can also invite additional heroes with R&R Affinity. It’s not the most pulse-pounding mode, possibly, but it’s certainly good for a spot of rest and relaxation.

There are other details too, regarding things like multiple Raid Parties in Aether Raids. If you want all the information check out Nintendo’s video below. If you’re, frankly, baffled by what any of this means, you can find out by downloading Fire Emblem Heroes from the App Store.
