One of the biggest health insurance providers in the U.S. is giving customers the option to earn a free Apple Watch Series 3 by engaging in healthy activities like exercise and sleeping better.

Aetna revealed today that it is collaborating with Apple for its new app called Attain. Through the app, Aetna members will get personalized goals, be able to track their activity and get recommendations on healthy action. And if you do a good job, you’ll earn some cool rewards too.

The Attain app is set to launch in Spring 2019. Anyone covered by Aetna can participate. You can either have Aetna provide a free Series 3 that is earned by meeting goals for a two year period. You can also use your own Apple Watch or iPhone instead.

“We understand that you don’t need to be a personal trainer or work out several hours a day to be healthier,” said Alan Lotvin, M.D., VP of Transformation for CVS Health. “We’re designing Attain to be personalized and clinically relevant to where each individual is in their health journey. This is an ambitious challenge, and we will adapt and improve over time to create the best experience for our members.”

Once you install the Attain app on your Apple Watch or iPhone you’ll start getting daily and activity goals based on your age, sex and weight. Some of the goals might be broad, like “burn 250 calories.” You can then choose whatever activity you want to burn those calories, whether it be walking, running, swimming or yoga. Once you complete the goal you get a certain number of points toward your reward.

If you already have an Apple Watch you can use your rewards towards things like Amazon gift cards or donations to charities. Participants that opt-in for the free Apple Watch will have to meet their goals every month to pay it off. Should you fail to complete all your goals for a few months you’ll be on the hook to pay part of the cost of the Apple Watch.
