Samsung is planning to take on Apple Watch with a totally rebranded smartwatch of its own — and we already know what it will look like.

Samsung leaked photos of the upcoming smartwatch on its own website this morning. Unlike previous versions of the company’s watch, this one looks a bit more stylish. You’ll probably be shocked to know it borrows some design elements that make Apple Watch so appealing.

The leaked Samsung watch will come in a rose gold color option, based on the photo that leaked online. It appears that the company is also changing the name of its wearable. Instead of being called a Gear S4, it will simply be dubbed the “Samsung Watch.”

Like previous Gear S models, Samsung Watch will sport a round face. The two buttons on the side of the watch appear to be identical to the Gear S2.

As first noticed by CNET, the model number will be SM-R810 for the Wi-Fi-only variant, which lines up with previous reports. The LTE version will be model SM-R815.

The grand unveiling of the Samsung Watch could be just weeks away. Samsung has a big event scheduled for August 9. It will also likely unveil the new Galaxy Note 9 that’s designed to take on Apple’s 2018 iPhone lineup.

Apple has some new watches up its sleeve, too. The Apple Watch Series 4 is expected to be revealed at the company’s probable iPhone keynote in September. New features likely will include a bigger display, better battery life and GPS, and more health-monitoring features.
