Developers received a new beta build for Macs this morning after Apple seeded the fifth beta for macOS 10.13.1.

The new beta build comes just three days after Apple released the fourth macOS 10.13.1 beta alongside new betas for iOS 11.1 and tvOS 11.1.

Registered developers can download the new macOS 10.13.1 beta from the Apple developer center. You can also install it from the software update menu in the Mac App Store if you have the previous beta installed.

macOS 10.13.1 most focuses on bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements. Release notes for the new build don’t mention any major new feature additions.

One of the most important bug fixes in macOS 10.13.1 pertains to a vulnerability in the WPA2 Wi-Fi standard. The KRACK Wi-Fi hack potentially allowed attackers to glean personal info from your network. Apple said the issue has been fixed in a recent beta build.

The update also brings Unicode 10 support, adding dozens of new emojis to the Mac keyboard. Considering this is the fifth beta build, a public launch could be around the corner.
