A new beta for watchOS is now available to developers, just one day after Apple dropped a big batch of beta updates for iOS, tvOS and macOS.

[contextly_auto_sidebar] watchOS 3.1.1 beta 3 brings a number of performance enhancements and bug fixes to Apple Watch. Developers can download via an over-the-air update. Open the Apple Watch iOS app and go to General >> Software update to install.

The new watchOS beta doesn’t have as many new features as the iOS 10.2 and tvOS 10.1 betas. But it contains some critical fixes to make Apple Watch tick better than ever.

watchOS 3.0 completely overhauled the user interface of Apple Watch. The big software update added a new apps Dock and brought huge speed improvements.

The release notes for watchOS 3.1.1 beta 3 don’t mention any major changes, but we’ll let you know if we find anything noteworthy once its installed on our watches.
