The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus aren’t the only new Apple products that are getting a solid battery upgrade.
Apple’s new Smart Battery case for the iPhone 7 has a 26% bigger battery than the iPhone 6 and 6s version, giving users the ability to binge on video for a full 24 hours.
The upgrade from the old 1,877 mAh rating to a new 2,365 mAh battery was confirmed by Wirecutter’s Nick Guy on Twitter.

The iPhone 7 comes with a 1,960 mAh battery. Apple’s new case has enough juice to bring to take the battery from dead to 100% with 17% capacity left to spare.
Unfortunately, the bigger battery didn’t even out the ugly hump in the back. You can pick one up at Apple Stores on September 16th for $100, or order one online.
