We showed you T-Mobile’s offer for a free iPhone 7 trade-in last week. Now, AT&T is getting in on the game, offering preorders of the Apple iPhone 7 32GB Smartphone for free with the trade-in of an eligible iPhone 6. (You must also sign up for an AT&T Next plan with qualifying wireless service.)
That’s only the second offer we’ve seen for the iPhone 7, which was unveiled September 7. These new smartphones are water- and dust-resistant and feature a new A10 Fusion quad-core processor, “Taptic” force-sensitive Home button, and 7-megapixel FaceTime HD camera. Note: The retail price is divided into monthly installments, and the phone is free after $650 in monthly bill credits ($21.67 or $27.09 per month, depending on which AT&T Next plan you choose). That’s $11 below the best price we’d ever seen for a refurb, and this one is brand new. (It’s the best deal now by $40.) This model features a 1.5-inch 272×340 touchscreen, heart rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, microphone, speaker, 802.11n wireless and Bluetooth 4.0.
Also available is the Apple Watch 42mm Aluminum Sport smartwatch in six colors for $219 with free shipping. That’s also $11 below the best price we’d ever seen for a refurb, even though this one is brand new.

GameStop offers the refurbished unlocked Apple iPad Air 2 16GB Wi-Fi + 4G LTE tablet in gold, space gray or silver for $319.99. Opt for in-store pickup to dodge a $12.49 shipping fee. It’s $28 below the last best price we saw for a refurb. (It’s also $179 under the best price we could find for a new one.)
