With WWDC kicking off this week, Apple is embracing its fun, nerdier side with ID badges for the event written in the Swift coding language. (Apple debuted Swift in 2014 at the same developers’ event.)

Check out the Swift-ian goodness below.

To be fair, this isn’t the first time Apple has done something like this. For example, last year Apple issued event-exclusive jackets written in Swift — basically, they were an Apple-centric version of The Simpsons‘ Comic Book Guy’s classic “C:/DOS C:/DOS/RUN RUN/DOS/RUN” T-shirt.

Still, this year Apple really has something to be proud of with Swift. Swift-related coding jobs grew 566 percent year-over-year according to Freelancer.com’s recent Fast 50 report, rocketing from 344 in 2014 to 2,292 last year!

Are you going to be at this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco? If so, make sure to send us pics of any further Swift-related signage, jackets, badges. etc., and we’ll make sure to post them! If you’re not at Apple’s developer event, don’t worry — you can still follow full details of the event here on Cult of Mac. Apple’s WWDC keynote starts at 10 a.m. Monday, and Cult of Mac’s WWDC liveblog will ramp up a bit before that.
