If you’re thinking about swapping your iPhone for the new HTC 10, that decision just got a lot easier.

HTC has made its new flagship compatible with Apple’s AirPlay platform right out of the box, allowing it to play nicely with your Apple TV and other AirPlay devices without any additional hardware or software.

HTC has been trying to attract iPhone owners with pretty designs and fancy features like BoomSound for years, and it’s stepping up its game with the HTC 10. This new handset has all those things — and a lot more.

The 10 packs HTC’s best cameras to date, a built-in headphone amp for high-resolution audio, and a super-sharp Quad HD display. It also supports AirPlay as standard, allowing you to send music, movies, and more to compatible devices with a simple three-finger swipe.

That means you can stream content from your HTC 10 to Apple TV and any other AirPlay compatible devices without having to hunt down special apps. You can also stream to Chromecast and DLNA devices just as easily — as you’d expect on Android.

The HTC 10 is available to pre-order today from HTC.com, priced at $699. It will begin shipping next month.
