Every comics-loving kid has spent more than a few houra wondering who would win in a fight: Superman or Thor? Captain America or Batman? Spider-Man or the Flash? Wonder Woman or Captain Marvel?
In comics, we’ve seen those questions answered a few times, most recently in Marvel and DC’s Amalgam crossover of the mid-90’s. But when it comes to Marvel and DC’s cinematic universes, we’ve never seen a cross-property showdown.
This epic trailer, though, gives a pretty good idea of the movie that would emerge if Marvel and DC did decide to team-up for a summer blockbuster.

This doesn’t start great, but bear with me. By the end of the video, trailer, the fanboy inside you will be screaming: “AHHHHH! When will they make this movie?!?!?!”
Created by Alex Luthor — we’re assuming that’s his alias, and the video editor is not, in fact, Superman’s greatest adversary — the trailer mashes up footage from pretty much every live-action superhero film ever: not just films like The Avengers, Man of Steel, Iron Man, and The Dark Knight Rises, but also television shows like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Flash, and Arrow.
Sadly, I don’t think it’s very likely we’ll ever see a film crossover like this. But man, if we did, I think every comic fan on Earth would think he’s died and gone to heaven.
