Readdle Updates Printer Pro For iOS To Add New UI & New Features

Readdle has updated its popular Printer Pro app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch to introduce a new user interface that better fits iOS 7, as well as a number of new features. The app now promises “desktop class printing options,” such as the ability to print multiple pages on a single sheet of paper.

Like almost every app redesigned for iOS 7 so far, Printer Pro’s new look is a nice improvement over the old one. It’s not vastly different, though, so everything is still where you would expect it to be — it’s just a little easier on the eye. And that’s not all you get in this update.

Readdle has also added some nice new printing features, including the ability to print multiple pages on a single sheet of paper, the ability to pick which pages you print, and a new option to choose page size and orientation.

“This version runs beautifully on the newest version of iOS,” Readdle says in the release notes. “We highly recommend anyone running iOS 7 to install this update.”

Readdle is planning other iOS 7 updates for its popular productivity apps, too. Scanner Pro has already been updated like Printer Pro, while Documents and PDF Expert will get the same treatment “soon.”
