Realmac Software, creators of Clear, Analog Camera, and other terrific apps for Mac and iOS, have announced Ember, a “digital scrapbook” for your Mac. Ember lets you collect photos, notes, web clippings, and anything else that’s important to you and your projects and store them all in one place.

Check out the new introduction video below.

Ember is aimed predominantly at designers who need to “save, organize, annotate, and share” their design inspirations. It allows you to create scrapbooks for every project you’re working on, and then fill them with things that inspire you.

As you can see from the video, Ember boasts a beautiful user interface — like all Realmac apps — and it’s designed to be easy to use. The app will replace LittleSnapper, Realmac’s existing clipping tool.

Ember will hit the Mac App Store on Tuesday, July 23, priced at $49.
