Hand-Sculpted Cherrywood iPhone Case: Guess The (Absurd) Price

You know what I’m thinking? I’m thinking it’s been three whole days since I posted about a wooden iPhone case. And since the last one before that was maybe at the beginning of last week, I’m thinking it’s about time for another one. So here it is: The Colors Handcarved Wood iPhone 5 Case.

This week’s (or today’s) wooden case is a beautifully sculpted number that is either a rough-hewn masterpiece or a dead ringer for your clumsy kid’s first school shop project. It’s the Colors case, and it comes in a variety of woods, all of which have been hand-carved by, uh, people with tools.

What I like the most is the way the volume and mute switches are set so deep into the case that you would need to either grow your nails to reach them, or travel with a small, thin-fingered child (or monkey) at all times to do it for you.

Actually, what I really like most is the $260 price tag. Not bad for a piece of hollowed-out driftwood, right?
