The biggest Apple expo in the world is moving to a new date for 2014 in order to avoid the Super Bowl and CES. Macworld/iWorld 2014 has been rescheduled for March 27th through March 29th.

Last year’s Macworld/iWorld expo was held from January 31st to February 2nd, which coincided with the Super Bowl and is only a few weeks removed from CES and holiday travel.

Along with the date change, the venue is being changed from Moscone West to Moscone North in San Francisco. IDG World Expo which hosts the event, says they’re moving the conference to make it easier for attendees and exhibitors. After this year’s successful event, IDG says that the exhibitor rebooking for next year is at its highest level since 2009.

Even though Apple is no longer a part of Macworld/iWorld, the event has been able to maintain its appeal for the Apple faithful, by providing a series of keynotes, panel discussions, exhibitors, and fun events for attendees. Cult of Mac has been provided live coverage of Macworld/iWorld for years. Here’s a look at our favorite things from the last show.
