New Pages+ Tweak Supercharges Your iOS Home Screen [Jailbreak]

By

pages-plus

Pages+ is a new tweak for jailbroken iOS devices which promises to supercharge your home screen. It adds some great features, like home screen “cards” and multi-page wallpapers that change as you flick through them — and it’s compatible with other popular tweaks like Barrel and Winterboard themes. Check out the demonstration video below.

Pages+ turns your home screens into “cards” in an effort to further separate your home screen icons from the dock, and you can customize these with different colors if you choose to. But the best part about this tweak is the multi-page wallpapers. You can set a different one for each and every page of your home screen, and they’ll change seamlessly as you flick between each one.

Looks great, doesn’t it? There is one caveat, however. It appears you can’t set the multi-page wallpapers yourself — they have to be downloaded as part of a “theme.” A few are included to get you started, but you’ll have to wait for developers to make other wallpaper packs available through Cydia.

Pages+ is available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch — though it’s only in beta on iPad — and it’s priced at $1.99. You’ll find it in Cydia’s ModMyi repository.
