Get Carried Away With Your Music On Nyne’s Portable Wireless Speakers [Review]

Nyne’s new NB-250 portable speaker is a modern update on the venerable boombox: portable and loud.

But it’s a lot smaller and more discreet than a boombox of old.

The Bluetooth speaker comes in a trendy, unobtrusive black shoulder bag for transporting to park, pool or a party. It not only looks good but sounds nice as well.

Nyne NB-250 Bluetooth speaker: pair, put on and play.

Made by Southern California audio tech company Nyne Multimedia, the NB-250 is a cool Bluetooth wireless speaker system that you can put on and carry around in its shoulder bag, playing or not.

Coupled with your iPod touch, iPhone, iPad, or Android smartphone, it’s a small, lightweight portable speaker to take your music with you everywhere. Pairing automatically with your mobile device (or Mac) takes only a moment.

The unit contains a pair of great-sounding 7-watt speaker drivers that deliver lots of low-end bombasso and are not at all tinny, unlike a large number of other mini-sized Bluetooth speaker sets I have heard. Designed for use outdoors, the speakers are pretty loud for their small size.

The NB-250 has a rubberized body for repelling accidental water splashes.

Charging the battery takes about an hour. The company claims that this speaker will play continuously for 18 hours on a full battery charge.

It also has a USB port for charging your smartphone.

The Nyne NB-250 speaker set comes in urban black with matching shoulder bag. Goes with any outfit!

The speaker is available at major electronics retailers and e-tailers including Amazon, priced $199.

The speaker comes with matching black shoulder bag with appropriate apertures for reaching the unit’s controls.
The NB-250 has a rubberized body to deflect water splashes while playing next to the swimming pool.
