Nike has announced a duo of new colors for its Nike+ FuelBand, which are now available to purchase from Apple retail stores across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom from today. The new colors are “Black Ice” and “White Ice,” and like the other models, they’re priced at $149.95.
Once connected to your iPhone or iPod touch, the Nike+ FuelBand tracks and measures your activity throughout the day, then provides you with a score in the form of NikeFuel. It also captures and displays the time you’ve spend on that activity, how many calories you’ve burned, and how many steps you’ve taken.
The FuelBand app for iOS allows you to monitor all of the data you’ve recorded, so you can see exactly what you’ve achieved on any given day. It also allows you to compare your progress with your friends. It works with the iPhone, the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 5, and the third-, fourth-, and fifth-generation iPod touch.
