Turn Your iPad Into Your Favorite Classic Book With These Neat iPad Cases

Even though the iPad is a really great gaming device, I pretty much only use it to read. It’s great, it just doesn’t feel like all the books I love with their neat cover art.

Out of Print is a new company that is trying to get people to start reading more by promoting classic literature in cool ways. Their latest product is a series of iPad cases designed to look like classic books by using the same materials used in real book covers.

The iPad cases are made by the oldest bookbinder in the U.S. and feature the original cover art of your favorite books. Out of Print started the book covers as a Kickstarter project, but they’ve already received double the amount of their initial goal, so this might be one of the first Kickstarter projects I actually participate in.

45 bucks gets you one iPad jacket of your choice of 10 classic titles that include The Great Gatsby, Pride and Prejudice, Invisible Man, Slaughter House-Five, A Clockwork Orange, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Moby Dick, Lolita, On The Road, and Atlas Shrugged. You can even buy one for you Nexus 7, if you’re into that sort of thing.
