Finally! A Microfiber Cloth Printed With Classic Artworks

Wipe your iPad clean with a Van Gogh, just as the post-impressionist ear-chopper intended.

It seems that there can be no corner of the niche product universe that can’t be mined and exploited with tasteless “luxury” versions of regular, plain ol’ tools. Today’s example: the Lynktec ArtCloths, which show your “appreciation” for great art in the same way that the tinny ringtone snippet belching from your cellphone shows your appreciation of music.

For just $7.95 you can have yourself a microfiber cloth emblazoned with your choice of copyright-free art. Pick from some of Degas’ ballet dancers, Van Gogh’s sunflowers or Vermeer’s Girl With a Pearl Necklace, amongst other novelty designs.

In short, if you could find it on a poster from that crappy mall store that also sells “rasta wigs”, lava-lamps and t-shirts with marijuana leaf prints, then you’ll find its microfiber equivalent here.

On the other hand, I guess you can never have too many microfiber cloths in these days of ubiquitous touch screens, and even the idea of an “I’m With Stupid” screen cleaner is better than the usual junk people buy me for my birthday.
