If you’re after a new iPhone but you find the new iPhone 4S is just too expensive, and the older iPhone 4 with just 8GB simply isn’t enough, then you might want to head down to your local RadioShack before you settle for something different.

The retailer is still offering the iPhone 4 with 16GB of storage for just $99.99 with a two-year contract, but only while supplies last.

According to a 9to5Mac report this morning, a RadioShack training document sent out today confirms that both the black and white models of Apple’s “iconic device” with 16GB of storage are now available for less than $100. The memo does note, however, that this particular model “may not be in great supply.”

Apple discontinued the 16GB iPhone 4 — along with its 32GB sibling — in favor of the cheaper 8GB device when the iPhone 4S was introduced in October. It seems, however, that RadioShack still has some of the old models in stock. We doubt you’ll be able to pick them up on Sprint, though, because these devices were not Sprint-compatible.

9to5Mac reports that later in the training document, it says the 16GB model will not be available in all RadioShack stores, so you may want to give them a call before you make your trip.
