Apple has seeded a new build of Lion 10.7.3 to registered developers in the Dev Center. Following the release of iOS 5.1 beta 3 yesterday, Build 11D42 of Lion 10.7.3 is now available for developers to download and test.

There seems to be no noticeable changes or improvements in this recent Lion build, but Apple asks developers to continue troubleshooting certain stock apps. Developers on OS X 10.7.2 can update to Build 11D42 with the 989.75 MB delta update, and there is also a combo update available that weighs in at 1.26 GB.

The last public version of Lion was version 10.7.2 last October. OS X 10.7.3 will be the next public release of Lion, and it is expected to include multiple stability and iCloud improvements.

Update: MacRumors is noting that this recent 10.7.3 build appears to be the final golden master version:

Build 11D42 contains what is likely to be the final release description for OS X 10.7.3:

The 10.7.3 update is recommended for all OS X Lion users and includes general operating system fixes that improve the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac including fixes that:

– Add Catalan, Croatian, Greek, Hebrew, Romanian, Slovak, Thai, and Ukrainian language support
– Address issues when using smart cards to log into OS X
– Resolve issues authenticating with directory services
– Address compatibility issues with Windows file sharing
