Itching to get your hands on Apple’s latest iPhone? According to Apple representatives, you’ll be able to pre-order the iPhone 4S from 12:01 AM Pacific on Friday, October 14.
The new device, which ships with iOS 5, has Apple’s latest dual-core A5 chip, an 8-megapixel camera and Siri assistant, will be available to pre-order from Friday at 12:01 AM Pacific — that’s 07:01 AM GMT.
It will launch initially in the U.K., Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and the U.S., where it will be available on AT&T, Verizon, and for the first time, Sprint. At the end of October, the device will continue its worldwide roll-out, hitting Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
