We’re still waiting to get our first glimpse of Apple’s upcoming smartwatch, but according to a new report, Apple is planning to release not one, not two, but three different models of the iWatch this fall.

Citing supply chain sources in China, the Economic Daily claims Apple will make the iWatch available by the end of 2014 with three different sizes to choose from, but you’ll probably want the fatty 1.8-inch unit, as it will supposedly be the most durable of the bunch.

The first iWatch will sport a 1.6-inch display, with the second and third models rocking 1.8-inch displays, but only the high-end unit will make use of Apple’s unbelievably durable sapphire crystal glass as its main selling point. All three watches will supposedly feature next-gen touch sensors that replace indium tin oxide with more conductive silver nanowire ink. The switch should allow Apple to use sapphire glass on the iPhone and iWatch without adding extra sensors to determine precise touch location.

Despite reports that iWatch production issues might delayed the project until November, the Economic Daily says all three watches will launch in the third quarter of the year. It’s also possible that Apple will announce the iWatch in October as rumored, but wait a few months before selling it in stores as production catches up.

Along with the questionable iWatch rumors, the report also claims Apple is readying its 12.9-inch iPad Pro for launch by the end of the year, but if the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 truly has been delayed till 2015, we hope Apple somehow manages to get its iPhablet out first.
