Realmac Software is throwing in the towel on Clear+ and making its original Clear release the priority. A new update that’s rolling out today brings iPad support to the app at no extra cost, while support for Reminders is coming soon.
Back in July, Realmac Software released Ember, a Mac app for collecting websites, photos, and more. Ember is pitched as an inspiration tool for designers, but it can also be used as a digital scrapbook for organizing random snippets from the web and other places.
Today Realmac is releasing an iOS counterpart to Ember in the App Store. With Ember on the iPhone and iPad, you can add, organize, and share items and have your library synced via iCloud.
Clear and Clear+, the popular list-keeping apps from Realmac Software, have been updated to take advantage of iOS 7’s new background refresh feature. This allows the apps to update even when they’re closed, ensuring your lists are up-to-date and ready for you when you open them up.
Clear for iPhone, the wonderful to-do app from Realmac Software, has now been optimized for Apple’s latest iOS 7 software. It features the latest Clear design — which was originally debuted in Clear+ last month — coupled with all of the functionality that makes Clear one of the finest to-do apps for iOS.
Ember for Mac, the terrific scrapbooking tool from Realmac Software, has just received its first update following its debut late last month. The release adds a new feature called “Smart Drawing,” which magically turns your shaky sketches into “beautifully-smooth shapes.”
