I get a boat-load of email everyday. Every morning I have pretty much the same routine, skim through my inbox to try to find the important stuff, skip the cruft, and prioritize. After that skim, I need to delete most (if not all) of the cruft. Annoying, time consuming, and worst of all sometimes I miss important emails buried in the cruft. Now, I’m also very skeptical about services that interact (or intervene) with my email. I don’t want to lose or miss something important. I also don’t want spam, bacon, or cruft in my inbox either.
I’m betting your address book is a royal mess. It doesn’t take long for it to happen, really. Sync in gmail contacts, then iCloud, then that CSV of leads from your CRM… You get the idea and you feel the pain, so let’s take some of the pain out of it.
Today’s deal is WriteThatName and for $20 (half off) you get a year’s subscription of intelligent, automagic address book management. Thought that might grab you, read on…
It’s not often that you’re able to get “maximal” savings on such a “minimal” piece of software, and in many cases these kinds of things can just pass on by. It’s hard enough to get to that elusive “Inbox Zero” when your email program just won’t help you out. Things that don’t qualify as busy-work, but as actual work.
Well…this Cult of Mac Deals offer is going to be your saving grace. That’s because we’re offering an awesome minimalist email application for the Mac, Sparrow, for only $6 for a limited time!
