Reports: Apple May Update iMacs March 24

Apple may later this month introduce updated iMacs along with other hardware news, according to rumors circulating in the Mac community Monday.
Although Apple has yet commented, two Mac sites point with various degrees of certainty that Mar. 24 Apple will introduce an updated iMac, Mac mini, Mac Pro and various chips.
Sources “did speculate that the Mac mini, iMac and Mac Pro would all be refreshed,” according to the World of Apple site. Those sources were “confirmed to be in reach of such information,” the site said.
The other site reporting the March 24 date, My Apple Guide, was more emphatic. “Apple is said to be announcing a new Mac mini, iMacs with the new NVIDIA chipset, Mac Pros with Xeon processors along with a pleasant ’surprise,’” according to the site.
While the product announcements may shift by later this month, one report said the March 24 date is believable.
“If sources are leaking exact dates, then it’s extremely likely that Apple has already announced it to employees and had gotten the ball rolling in terms of event planning,” according to Ars Technica.

Are you talking about March 24th or May 24th here? You start with March then switch to May later in the article, but refer to it as if your talking about the March date. Either your wording is wrong, or the date is wrong later in your post.
Regardless, I’m excited to see some Mac desktop updates soon. Hopefully the March 24th date is true.

I think he means March 24th because in the website article he links to his own it states March 24th as the date purposed.
Good thing I’ve been saving up for a new iMac just as their getting ready to release a new update.

It’s March 24. Guess I was hoping spring would hurry up. Thanks for the catch. Two facts seem to lend a bit of credence to those two reports: for some time, we’ve been talking about an upcoming iMac, Mac mini refresh. Also, the agreement on the Mar. 24 date cannot be dismissed.
