Today’s deals include a MacBook starting at $749, MacBook Pros, Mac Pro desktops and many more.

The Apple Store has three factory-refurbished previous-generation MacBook notebooks in its Special Deals section. (Click “MacBook” on the left to find them.) (All are at lowest-we-could-find prices and come with a 1-year Apple warranty, the same as new Macs.) Sales tax is added where applicable. Items are removed from Apple’s site when they sell out. PC Micro Store knocks 50% off select 1st- and 2nd-generation Apple iPod touch accessories via coupon code “Dealnews50%Touch”. (With free shipping, it’s one of the best discounts we’ve seen on these items from PCMS.) A best bet is the 2nd-generation PCMS Apple iPod touch Clear Case (pictured) for $6.47 after discount. Coupon expires after 150 redemptions.

newegg.com offers the Elgato USB 2.0 Video Capture Device for Mac, model no. 10020840, for $79.99. (With free shipping, it’s the lowest total price we could find by $3.) This unit captures video from most devices with an S-Video or RCA output and converts them into H.264, MPEG-4, or AAC files. Deal ends August 3.

P.C. Richard & Son offers the Sony 50-watt Micro Hi-Fi Shelf Speaker System for iPod (pictured), model no. CMTBX20I, for $119.97. (With free shipping, that’s the lowest total price we could find by $5.) This system features 50 watts of power into two speakers, AM/FM tuner with 30 presets, audio input, iPod dock, remote control, S-Video and RCA video outputs, iPod dock, and more.

Of note, 6th Avenue Electronics offers the Memorex DVD Home Theater System for iPod, model no. MIHT5005, for $118 before coupon code “AFL5″, $112.10 after. (With free shipping, that’s a price low by $30.)

GoldenGadgets.com offers this 3-in-1 iPod / iPhone Charger Kit for $4.99. This time, coupon code “SUM09″ cuts it to $4.25. (With shipping at $2.41, it’s tied with our May mention as one of the lowest total prices we’ve seen for such a kit.) It includes both home and travel chargers and a retractable sync cable. These work with all dockable iPods and iPhone models.

TheCloseoutGuys.com offers the DLO AutoCharger for Apple iPod and iPhone in Black for $4.99. (With $8 for shipping, it’s the lowest total price we’ve seen by $12.) This charger features a 3-foot cord, safety fuse, and support for most iPods and iPhones with a dock connector.
