Twice in one week, iPod-obsessed designer Karl Lagerfeld hearted the iPod. First with iPod-ready, fur covered motorcycle helmets for his namesake label, then with this peek-a-boo briefcase for Chanel.
Probably the coolest thing about the pointless perspex carry-all is the iPod with its Chanel logo on the video screen — apparently Lagerfeld considered it more important than a cell phone.

The briefcase looks like the packaging that would be on a child’s toy or an electronic gadget. The same type that require you to go hunting for scissors to open it up. Those packages drive me crazy!
I look forward to eventually meeting someone who owns this…

LOL — it reminded me of something and that’s *exactly it*…Headphones are also frequently packaged like this, the struggle to get them open is herculean…
