This week’s must-have iOS games features one of the best 2D platformers yet for the iPhone, GTA goodness in high-definition and golfing that claims to be as real as it gets. There’s also some pooping pigeons thrown in for good measure!

Pizza Boy – ($1.99) iPhone – Games
A 2D platformer that is quite simply one of the best yet for iOS. Pizza Boy must go after the thief that’s stolen the pizza present through stunning levels filled with evil birds and angry dogs. Take out your enemies by throwing soda bottles, and collect pizza slices to keep your health up. The responsive control system in this game makes it a delight to play, and the highly polished visuals look fantastic. One of the most enjoyable games for iPhone I’ve played, and definitely worth the price tag!
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars HD – ($9.99) iPad – Games
Already a huge success on the iPhone, Chinatown Wars is now available in HD for your iPad. You play Huang Lee whose mission is to deliver an ancient sword to his uncle Kenny to ensure his family retains control of the Triad gangs of Liberty City. Featuring hours of quality gameplay in true GTA style and graphics enhanced for the iPad that really make this awesome game look even better.
Real Golf 2011 – ($6.99) iPhone – Games

Pigeon Squadron – ($0.99) iPhone – Games
After being shooed, chased and branded flying rats, the pigeons are taking their revenge in Pigeon Squadron. Join the elite team of paramilitary pilot pigeons ready to relieve themselves on the humans, pets and vehicles down below. Play as 3 different characters in 45 missions over 3 famous cities. A great bit of fun and a bargain at less than a dollar.
Megaplex Madness – ($2.99) iPhone – Games
Take control of theatres all over town and restore them to their former glory in an attempt to become a Megaplex Expert. Upgrade your theatres and keep them in good shape to ensure your customers are happy. Featuring over 50 levels across 5 different theatres, with awesome retro mini-games if that wasn’t enough. Highly addictive and one of the few early games to have Game Centre integration allowing you to compare achievements and high scores with your friends.
