Apple is going all out to feature great media that promotes strong women by creating special sections in iTunes and Apple Music for International Women’s Day.

iPhone, Mac and Apple TV users can comb through Apple’s handpicked choices in categories like music, movies and books to find stories and entertainment that promotes strong female characters.

On iTunes, Apple is highlighting TV shows like Scandal, How to Get Away With Murder, Nashville, Supergirl, Jane the Virgin, I Love Lucy, Insecure, Broad City and Full Frontal.

In the movies category, fans will find playlists that highlight the work of actresses such as Meryl Streep, Naomi Harris, Emma Stone, Viola Davis, Amy Adams, Nicole Kidman, Michelle Williams and Annette Bening. Other categories showcase movies with strong acting, fighting, directing or writing by a woman.

Apple Music is getting in on the action, too. Playlists were created for Apple Music subscribers titled “Essential Feminism,” “Year of the Woman” and Women of Soul.”

Sections in the iBookstore showcase women involved in feats of science, engineering and innovation.
