Apple has today rolled out its sixth beta updates for iOS 10 and watchOS 3 ahead of their public debuts this fall. iOS 10 beta 5 is also available for public testers, and all releases promise improvements to performance and stability.
Apple is still making small but significant changes to its upcoming operating systems with these beta releases. It’s not yet clear if much has changed in the sixth release, but Apple does promise that it has fixed the dock glitch on iPad.
Other changes in iOS 10 include redesigned Music and Apple News apps, a revamped lock screen that does more than ever before, new home screen widgets for devices with 3D Touch, and an overhauled Messages app with a ton of new features.
With watchOS 3, Apple has added features like Auto Unlock for macOS Sierra users, Emergency SOS, Activity Sharing, and breathing exercises.
If you’re already running iOS 10 and watchOS 3, the sixth beta release will be available to download over-the-air now. The same goes for public beta users who can now download update 5.
