If time isn’t an issue, I can show you how to get fantastic deals with only one iPhone app — PriceRadar by Francesco Zerbinati. Once set up, you can easily track price drops effortlessly. Here’s how…

How to track price drops and find the best deals on your iPhone

After downloading and installing PriceRadar, start adding items you’d like to track. You can search for items from Amazon stores all around the world. I was searching for an incredible deal on the Game of Thrones box set of books, and I ended up getting it for approximately 66% off its usual price! I added the box set to my items list by using PriceRadar’s search and started tracking it. After you start tracking a product, you can always go back to its page in PriceRadar to see its price history. If you wanted to get notified of a price drop right away you can use the notifications features built right in.

Once you add an item to your list, you can choose when you’d like to be notified by how much the items price drops. You can notify by set percentages, or by manually typing the price in. I like to go back to my items and see if I can find any pricing trend. This is done easily by adding an item and waiting a couple of days. PriceRadar will reach out and make a fancy price comparison chart for you to use. In the items list, you can also see a daily percent off icon, showing you how much the item is discounted since you initially added it.

Once an item goes under the threshold of the price or percentage you set, PriceRadar will send you a notification. You can even go right to the product’s Amazon page to confirm the pricing and purchase what you want. You can also choose whether you want to be notified if Amazon is selling at the price you want, or if any person is selling at that price. This is really helpful and can net you tons of savings on items you don’t need right away.

If you want to go one further, you can track the delivery progress of your newly ordered items with another great app, Deliveries by Junecloud. Since Deliveries supports almost all shipping services, it’s much easier than checking FedEx, UPS, and other shipping apps or websites separately. It also has a super useful Today View widget, and is currently $4.99.
