Apple TV owners can watch ABC on their streaming boxes (with a subscription), and the company isn’t afraid to exploit the undying, platonic love between a bear and a frog to make that fact known.

The latest Apple TV ad showcases the Watch ABC app, which lets existing cable subscribers watch full episodes and live broadcasts of the network’s programming, including The Muppets. The puppet-driven show features prominently in the new, 15-second spot which went live today.

Because cable companies choose on their own whether or not to include Watch ABC as part of the subscription, it doesn’t have the monthly premium that other apps like Netflix and Hulu do. But not every cable company supports the service; participants include AT&T U-verse, Charter Spectrum, Cox, DirecTV, Dish, Optimum, Verizon FiOS, and Xfinity. But to know for certain, you’ll have to download the app and see if your provider is on its much, much longer full list.

Watch ABC is part of Apple’s larger plan to leverage Apple TV as an all-in-one streaming box that could replace traditional cable subscriptions. The new model has its own operating system and App Store, both of which work to progress Apple’s claim that “the future of TV is apps.”
