T-Mobile is hosting its 10th Uncarrier event on November 10 and @evleaks was on the case to find out what the carrier has in store for us. The very reliable Evan Blass tweeted that the Uncarrier 10 move will offer unlimited video streaming from services like Netflix, Hulu and HBO that doesn’t count against your data plan.

Not long after Blass tweeted the rumor, Legere playfully tweeted about how the rumors “start flying” every time there is a new Uncarrier event. In fact, Blass and T-Mobile CEO John Legere got into a small conversation on Twitter about it.

Legere didn’t confirm or deny the validity of the leak, instead opting to just gracefully play along. He did initially say to “keep trying” though, which could either mean that Blass is wrong or that people can unsuccessfully keep trying to get him to spill the beans early.

If the rumor is true, the feature would be very similar to T-Mobile’s Music Freedom, which lets customers stream music without counting toward the data plan. Streaming video is an entirely different ball game though since the costs are going to be significantly higher. Blass later tweeted that the plan would be to stream the video over 4G rather than LTE to avoid bogging down the network.

The move is also to likely spark another conversation about net neutrality. Music Freedom did upon its arrival, but the hubbub settled down since the streaming companies don’t pay T-Mobile.

For now, we’ll have to wait until November 10 to see if @evleaks nailed it once again.
