PCMag’s iPad review is a must watch. It’s a quick, breezy tour through the iPad and what it can do (iWork, games and eBooks, etc.). The best I’ve seen so far, including Apple’s guided iPad tours.

What gets me right off the bat is how stunning responsive it is. The real thing looks almost more responsive than the mockup/cgi/video in the guided tours. That periodic table app looks amazing too! That’s the sort of thing I was hoping app devs were going to make and it looks like I’m going to be one happy Apple fanboy. Saturday just can’t come fast enough!

Yeah, compared to all the other tablets I’ve seen videos of, this is the first and only one that deserves the word “responsive”. And it’s not that those other tablets have a slower CPU or GPU, mind you.

Damn some of those apps look nice. Just imagine the future possibilities this device can bring. I’m going out on a limb and saying that the iPad will be a hit and will be around for a long time to come. I think Jobs and company may have just done it again.

GREAT REVIEW!

I agree, a great review, but I think they should have mentioned that only the 3G version has GPS.
