Ordered my 64GB wifi this morning. I still haven’t received any notice from Apple’s “Notify Me.”

Could some one help me remember, when I bought my iPhone 3gs there was a reserve option. Did that become available at the same time as the preorder or was it later?

I loved going to my Apple store and getting the device on release day at the store. I was hoping to do that with the iPad, but I did not see the option to reserve.
Reserving was so nice, I knew that my wait in line was not going to be wasted. I could just show up, but then I might not get one.

I just ordered a pair of iPads and didn’t get the option to pick up at the store. Strange, but maybe I missed it.

I ordered the 32GB iPad with Wi-Fi (figuring the 16GB iPad would be in short supply) and the 16GB iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G. Also ordered the optional keyboard. Can’t wait. Feels like Christmas.

I did a small comparison of tech specs before and after pre-ordering iPad. Here are some things I’ve found: http://bit.ly/976pQQ

i wonder if folks went straight to the store and that’s why you couldn’t find the pickup link. cause i found it on the /ipad/ page no problem. also saw ‘pickup between 9am and 3pm’ which I don’t think Nicole mentioned in either article.
