In the one-camera mockumentary style made popular by both versions of The Office, The Muppets are poised to take over ABC this year as they star in their first TV series since their original show back in the mid-1970s.

Apparently, Fozzie is now dating a young human woman, Kermit hates the Los Angeles 405 freeway, and Animal is perfectly fine with doing nude scenes, as long as they’re tasteful. Miss Piggy can’t seem to remember anyone, including her co-star in six movies and 2 television shows, Gonzo.
We can’t wait to rejoin the Muppets as they bring their signature comedic style to the small screen again; it’s been far too long.
