There’s plenty of carnage and goofy talk about artificial intelligence in the new for Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer. But, just like any Marvel Studios movie, you’ll want to stay till the end: That’s when you’ll get your first peek at The Vision, the android that eventually becomes an Avenger.

The new character will be played by Paul Bettany, and if you’ve seen previous Marvel Studios flicks, you’ve probably heard the Vision: Bettany supplied the voice of Tony Stark’s AI helper Jarvis ever since the original Iron Man movie. (Jarvis is basically Stark’s own personal Siri.)

Age of Ultron, the sequel to Marvel’s biggest blockbuster yet, also introduces Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, twins with superpowers who were teased in Captain America: The Winter Soldier’s post-credit sequence last year. Like the Vision, these characters will oppose the Avengers in Marvel’s Cinematic Universe — at least initially.

They’re on Team Ultron, which makes things really hard for the Avengers because all of sudden they’re dealing with powers that they’re not used to,” Age of Ultron director and alpha nerd Joss Whedon told Entertainment Weekly.

You’ll see more of those characters, plus Iron Man, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye and the Hulk, in the new trailer. Click play for all the Avenger-on-Avenger action as well as flashes of the inevitable battle royale where the team squares off against wave after wave of robots. But be sure to stick around to see the latest addition to Marvel’s on-screen superhero pantheon.

Avengers: Age of Ultron, written and directed by Whedon, hits theaters May 1.

P.S. The Vision’s big reveal is the briefest of shots, so we’ve produced an animated GIF so you can steep yourself in its awesomeness over and over again.
