You may may never be able to listen to Figrin D’an and the Modal Nodes live in the Star Wars cantina for yourself, but here’s the next best thing: a turntable modeled after Han Solo’s famous parsec-shattering ship, the Millennium Falcon.

Created by Marco over Picotek Design, the Millennium Falcon turntable started it’s life as — go figure — a vintage Mllennium Falcon toy from Hasbro.

Noticing that it’s disc-shaped design aligned pretty well with the dimensions of his Technics 1200 turntable, Marco hollowed it out, machining it so the Millennium Falcon became a smuggler class ship even a DJ could love.

I got to say, I’m pretty envious. I’m happy with my turntable, but I’ve got a copy of Christmas in the Stars just collecting dust here. This would be the perfect rig to spin it on.
