Bose’s lineup of headphones and speakers were kicked out of the Apple Store earlier this year after the company filed a patent lawsuit against Beats Electronics, but now that the beef has been squashed, it appears that Apple is having a change of heart.

Apple Stores are set to bring Bose products back to shelves in time for Christmas, according to a source at iGen.fr, which claims some stores have already received inventory.

Beats and Bose were at each other’s throats throughout the summer, after Bose decided to sue Beats for infringing on its noise-cancelation patents. The two have also sparred on the football field too. Bose is the official sponsor of the NFL and has asked the league to ban Beats headphones from the field and press conference. Jimmy Iovine praised Bose’s ban though, saying it let his company look like a hero when athletes like Collin Kapernick still brought Beats to press conferences by taping over the logo.

The two companies reached a settlement in October to avert a long legal battle but Bose products still haven’t been seen in Apple Stores since they were kicked out in October.

Apple never explained why it decided to remove Bose from stores, or whether it was Bose’s decision to leave the retail space. We’ve reached out to Apple to confirm whether Bose will be making a return soon.
