The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have been one of the hardest iPhones to date to pick up in store, and since launch, shipping times have stayed high. But as we approach the holidays, that seems like it’s finally starting to change.

About a week before Black Friday, Apple has managed to improve shipping times on the the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus models. Specifically the 16GB model.

Last time we checked, the 4.-7-inch iPhone 6 shipped in just 7 to 10 days, but it has now bumped up to shipping in just 5-7 business days. As for the 16GB iPhone 6 Plus, that’s also been reduced, this time to shipping in just 7-10 days.

Sadly, it seems as if the 64GB and 128GB iPhone models have had no budge in shipping times. That’s a shame, since 16GB is really not going to be enough for most people: 64GB is the minimum you should consider.

However, on the bright side, what this does seem to indicate is that many of the supply constraint issues that have plagued the iPhone 6 thus far are starting to clear. The 16GB is just the first to budge; maybe the 64GB and 128GB shipping times will follow soon.
