Can we all agree that iTunes’ App Store search is truly, truly awful? That you can not only never find what you’re looking for, but you have to wait forever for the results to load?
Good. Then you’re going to love Fnd, a web-based search tool for the whole iTunes Store. It’s accurate, fast and not at all annoying.
Tap in a search term and you get almost Google-fast results, split into categories: apps, music, movies, Mac apps, TV, podcasts and books. You can view the description, see all screenshots (And copy them – a boon for bloggers), read reviews, and click links to the app’s own site or to the app store, for purchasing purposes.
You can also browse charts, and it’s all done in a very lightweight and clean browser view.
What’s more, there are integrations,. You can get actions for Launch Center Pro, for the Alfred app launcher and there are even a couple of bookmarklets. This one is my favorite:

I love this web app. I already saved it to my iPad’s home screen (from where it launches as a proper standalone web app), and I’m in the middle of adding it as a custom Launchbar search. OK, done it. That was quick.
