If you’re looking for a one-stop-shop to aggregate all your recent updates from various social networks, you may want to take a look at the newly-launched Recents iOS app.

Currently supporting Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr, the app features a clean interface optimized for viewing different types of content — whether that be an article from Facebook or Twitter, or a photo or video from Instagram or Tumblr.

In addition, Recents supports the familiar double-tap gesture for “liking” items — with any “likes” indicated in Recents also automatically transferring to the corresponding social network.

According to developers Ultralab Apps, Recents will be updated with the following features depending on how successful it becomes:

  • After 5,000 downloads: Support of many more news sources: RSS, SoundCloud, Youtube, Vimeo, Google+
  • On reaching 25,000 downloads: Get instant access to your actions history and all content you liked!
  • When we hit 50,000 downloads: Automatic and manual content categorization: assign and select news categories like science, friends, sports etc.
  • With 100,000 downloads: Discover new sources of content: smart recommendation mechanism will suggest you sources from the feeds of people with similar tastes.

Recents is available in the App Store, priced $0.99. It is available for all iOS devices running iOS 7.
