If you’re a user of the official Twitter app for iOS, good news. The app has been updated to version 6.1, and it introduces new options and features, including an easier reply mechanism that allows you to reply with (and edit) photos.

With Twitter 6.1, when you tap on a tweet, you can easily reply with a photo using the gallery icon. The app will also remind you now to do an @mention of your friends so that as many people as possible see it. Editing photos is also easier now, allowing for cropping and rotating.

Other improvements in Twitter 6.1 include a new feature that provides new content — like favorited tweets from someone you follow — when you pull to refresh, with the option to continue on to the Discover timeline for more.

You can download Twitter 6.1 for free from the App Store here.
