Pogoplug Update Introduces New Design For iOS 7

Pogoplug, the official iOS client to the Dropbox alternative of that name, has been updated for iOS 7.

The iOS 7-optimized features offer several enhancements, in addition to matching the look and feel of Apple’s latest mobile OS.

The most notable of these enhancements is a one-tap multi-file share feature, which lets users select multiple files for sharing by email, Facebook, or link grab. There are also improvements with background uploading, a new upload history for speedy access to recently uploaded files, and overall faster performance.

The new version of Pogoplug is available for free in the App Store.

A free account with Pogoplug offers 5GB of storage. For unlimited cloud storage, you can upgrade to a paid account for $4.99 per month or $49.99 for the entire year.

Apple has told all developers that app submissions must be optimized for iOS 7 by February 1.
