Having a hard time connecting to the Internet on your Three smartphone this morning? You’re not the only one. The British carrier has confirmed that it is currently suffering a glitch that is affecting data services across the whole of the U.K., but it promises it is working to fix it.

“Some of our customers are unable to access the internet. We are working to restore their data services as soon as possible,” Three told Sky News. “We apologise to all those affected for any inconvenience.”

Three says it plans to restore data services today through a “phased response,” which means it’s likely to come back gradually one area at a time. Don’t worry if friends and family in other parts of the country get their data back before you, then.

Fortunately, voice and text services remain unaffected, so you’ll still be able to use your handset to make a receive calls and text messages. You’ll need a Wi-Fi hotspot for everything else.
